DECLARATION OF CONVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS

The Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions set forth the operating procedures for the community within the guidelines allowed by Florida statutes and have been adopted by the members.  The purpose of the Covenants and Restrictions is to produce an orderly and desirable community and to protect and enhance property values in the subdivision as well as outline the rights and obligations of the property owners as members of the Association.

Request for Modification

Any changes, alterations or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the Board of Directors. This approval process is required BEFORE any work is started.
