Residual Fire Damage and Fire Debris Letter

As many of you know, Rotonda Sands experienced a fire back in February of 2020.  For those of you that had burnt trees and debris, you may have received the letter below.  Please review the four options that have been outlined and keep in mind that no matter your preference, options 1 through 3 require action within 30 days of the date on the letter.  The invoice was included should you choose option 4 which is to take no action.  

Option 3 is the Association's recommended option: Approve (via attached form) for our preferred vendor, Aquatic Consulting, Inc., to remove debris from your property.  By signing the Assignment of Benefits, the Association should be able to file/handle your insurance claim.
